My heart goes out to the entire family, especially to little Daniel, but for him the pair might have been successful in killing the entire family. I hope that Crystal and Autumn will be able to come to terms with what has happened.. I know Autumn was too young to have suffered trauma directly that night, she slept through the entire ordeal, but imagine growing up with that knowledge and as for poor Crystal, well there are no words to express just what a tumult of conflicting emotions she has. I think she will be battling emotional demons for the rest of her life. So tragic. Beggars belief that the parents did not act on the bizarre behaviour of the two older boys .. to my mind “boys will be boys” and “that’s what boys do” when told about the knives, body armour, and the plans to buy guns is just wild.

I am curious to know if the surviving siblings would ever go to visit them in jail. Is avoidance or confrontation typical in cases like this? The photos of Michael and Robert tell me all I need to know about what they're all about.

If I was the surviving sibling, I’d never want to go visit either of them. They murdered the parents of the surviving children plus the other siblings. I think the surviving children would be better off not to visit them since it would just stoke up anger, and it would be better to live their lives, as those surviving children would be angry at these other siblings in prison. Of course I’m just guessing.

You should do the case of Nicholas Barclay (13 years old) who went missing. A scam artist in Spain claimed to be the missing kid. The scam artists' name was Frederic Bourdin, he would later go on to claim that the oldest son had murdered the missing kid and that's why the family was so redily willing to accept a person who was so much older than their son with a French accent. He even claims that the sister trained him on how to recognize "family members". The missing kid was blonde with blue eyes, the French guy (who was in Spain and wanted by the law) had dark hair and dark eyes. Its fascinating, but obviously now that he's come out with the "truth" -- the family says he's a serial liar and a scam artist so why should anyone believe him about the supposed "murder"? Plz do that case if you haven't already, thank you!

Sometimes I think Dr. Grande shouldn't make jokes during these horrific stories as it is disrespectful to the victims. On the other hand, it is a coping mechanism, not only for himself, but for our benefit as well. These crimes are so disturbing that we need some kind of release from the emotional pain it causes us. That leaves me with 2 questions: Why does Dr. G continue to research and prepare these videos? and why do we continue watching them? The first one is easier to answer. Dr. Grande gets eyeballs for his channel which = subscriptions, more money, KZitem fame etc. What do we get? Infotainment? Maybe, but at what cost to our mental health?

🚨 Video request from my hometown of Shrewsbury, PA: the Gregory Whitman murder. It happened when I was in middle school with the victim. In 1998, 15 year old Zack stabbed his younger brother Greg (13) over 100 times. After school, the boys got into an argument. Greg got mad and they got in a fight. Zack ended up stabbing Greg 100+ times and nearly decapitated him. In 2019, Zack was paroled.

Absolute monsters. RIP to those poor babies. Daniel saved his sisters❤. Sadly couldn't save himself. Wow, this is the first time I heard about Crystal knowing and telling her parents before the murders. I cannot imagine the horror this family went through. All these strict religious cults create monsters. The judge was great making them actually pay. None of this "oh poor minor" or "poor criminal" bullshit. No concurrent sentence. We need more judges like this.

One of the downfalls of homeschooling children, especially if the parents are paranoid about the outside world, the kids do not get to socialize with people who are not like themselves. They lack social skills and interpersonal relationships. When I first heard about this case a year or two ago, I was wondering how these “tough“ boys would do in prison around people of various economic backgrounds, and cultures that they were not accustomed to being around.
