Exactly children don't need their parents to be friends, they need them to be proper parents. Proper reasonable discipline is not abuse.
@roto6462
3 жыл бұрын
@@faithful451 absolutely I have my theories regards why this has become normal but it doesn’t fall at the feet of woman primarily in my opinion. To clarify… I am a man. Kids have friends in school. They’re not friends with the teachers. Every parent is a teacher until such a time your child has the tools it needs to go at it alone.
@adammasterx5854
2 жыл бұрын
@@faithful451 the part where you say “children don’t need their parents to be their friends” is kinda messed up, but i do agree with the fact that kids need to be disciplined for bad things that they’ve done, although I think things like accidentally breaking a vase shouldn’t be “punished” per se, but should instead be generally cautioned , of course, this entirely depends on the situation, since if your kids took drugs for example, you would definitely need to discipline them by making do more house work/community service or banning them from using certain items like their phone for example to teach them that actions have consequences. But, i also believe that you need to understand why they did the action(s) in order to prevent it from happening again.
