In celebration of Valentine's Day, I tried making brownies! Since the flavor and taste of chocolate are crucial for brownies, I used Valrhona Guanaja 70%. I also added 2g of coffee powder to enhance the deep flavor of the brownies.
When you think of Valentine's Day, chocolate often comes to mind, right? So, let's convey our feelings by decorating the brownies with cute cookies! 🐻 The cookies I used were purchased from a Japanese brand called Muji.
After baking, let it cool and then cut it into pieces! The texture on the day it's made is a chewy and gooey sensation. Storing it in the refrigerator will make it even densier!

*Bake at 356°F for 10 minutes after preheating, then reduce to 338°F and bake for an additional 15 minutes (based on a microwave oven).
