Bruce is a national treasure. That man has forgotten more about Jazz than many of us will ever know. He's a good dude, too. I hope younger people will realize what a stellar player/musician he is.

Not only does he embody jazz, he willingly shares himself and his knowledge with others. A very talented and generous guy.

This is "Polkadots and Moonbeams," then "Now's the Time," then "Polkadots and Moonbeams" again. Nicely done, Bruce.

Bruce is the man. He has a sense of humour to him and his playing that most cats lack ... especially guitar players.

I can only imagine playing these patterns wit( such fluidity. However, I'm not a fan of rubato, except to introduce a tune. Polka Dots was recognizable, but the poignancy was lost amid the flurry of uneven notes. No swing, but great technique and color.

Right, I hear it.. but the beginning (at 1:00) he starts with "Polkadots and Moonbeams". The song sounds a bit like "There Will Never Be Another You"
