I was seated on the opposite side of the stadium but I’m surprised you can’t hear my scream after the first note of the intro. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was to hear jungleland live for the first time in half a decade. In fact, I still can’t! Thanks for taking a video of the moment.

I’m really enjoying all the videos! Now it’s becoming a question of if/which different song will he drop into which show? I’m still living on the high from last weekend in Greensboro! As someone said on here at least one other time, “There’s a reason why Bruce is called The Boss”! And there are so many reasons why we love him.

@@ripstainking5837 I was a little discouraged that Bruce didn’t add in a song we hadn’t heard yet at Greensboro too; but I understand that it would be completely impractical from him to try to cover so many favorites for so many fans. I’m just grateful I got to enjoy a live show while we still have the opportunity.

@@susanschumm8508 Exactly! Today for some reason all I've sung to myself is 'Price You Pay" . LOL I like the song but there are way many others that I love. We all get the theme of this tour and it is beautiful. A few songs slipped in is a bonus.

I remember when Springsteen used to stretch a long black curtain across the rear of the stage because he refused to make money off of selling bad tickets behind the stage. Then he got ridiculously wealthy and started pinching those pennies when he needed them the least.

Is it bad I actually think those would be good seats? While obviously I’ve never sat behind a band at a concert, I thought it would provide an interesting perspective overhead of the stage.

2-23-2021 Bruce Springsteen and Barack Obama Talk Racism, Clarence Clemons, Protest Songs and ‘Get Out’ for Spotify Podcast! “He had to give a little more than I had to give in the sense that once our keyboardist and drummer left… he was the only Black man in the room a lot of the time. He had to swim in white culture for most of his work life.” Springsteen goes on to reminisce about how, on the Amnesty International tour in the late 1980s, they did a gig on the Ivory Coast and played to an all-Black crowd, at which point Clemons came over and whispered on stage, “Well, now you know how it feels.”Back on the subject of Clemons, Springsteen tells a story of hanging out with Clemons in the neighborhood, pre-stardom, and seeing some of the sax player’s supposed friends call him the N-word to his face, which the musician admits he was too flummoxed to respond to at the time. Obama relates a similar story, recounted in his first memoir, about having one of his basketball playing friends direct the C-word racial epithet at him.

It's so hypocritical that many blacks, not the ones who went through Real Racism, think it's OK for them to use the N word, but no one else.NO ONE should say the word!!
