If you want to know the scale of the conveyor its 1/16th. And the servo is a standard size same as a futaba S3003.

Thanks man! I've seen this video but did not figure out what you did to remove the Crank and put the motor in its place. Cheers Ewerton

Ewerton Moreira The Manuel control arm can be removed using a small flat screwdriver or equivalent to do so. Gently ease off the belt from the top plastic roler and let it hang. Then go to the hopper end where the Manuel handle is. Turn it upside down so it's easier to work on. And you'll see that you can unclog the handle with a small tool of sorts.

MCL R.C Fab can I ask where you picked up this system from? I've been looking at some of these systems on KZitem and I think some of them need revamping badly. Along with everything else I have going I would like to add and gravel/rock/dirt plant to my list as well. So if you would please let me know where you got yours from. Thank you Bob

Bob Young The conveyor was purchased from Amazon. You can also get it from eBay. The gravel sorting plant is my own build. It's all aluminum except for the screen tube. This one is very long. I'm going to be making a shorter one.

Matt check out smallhaul videos his is a better build. My build is cheaper and and can be done in 20 minutes. But not as well built as smallhaul or RCP57. There videos should be on the tube.

How did you mount the nut on the servo?
@mclr.cfabricationandperfor5255
5 жыл бұрын
Olen Rush I used a wheel nut off of my tray as t max. It doesn’t have to be a nut. Anything can be used. Plastic can be craved or machined to fit on the servo nothing fancy. As long as it grips the grooves in the hole where the nut goes. I used a longer servo screw. Or just a longer screw of similar size.

Use a servo Y splitter. Normally used to connect 2 servos to 1 channel.

Ok. So I have the servo and battery pack hooked up to battery pack, but it’s still not running! What am I doing wrong? I’m trying to help my 10 year old with this conversion but its like learning a new language!
