I can’t begin to express how this blogs make me feel. I wish I could take a breath of the fresh air surrounded by all the green trees and just be able to reach out and eat fresh, ripe, delicious fruit. Your face is glowing, so happy that you are back home with your mom and enjoying life to the fullest. You are truly blessed and it’s amazing to see you share your blessings with others, family but also with strangers.

I absolutely Love and Adore Nana and SAS🥰They have the best time together. Foraging and eating what they find in their backyards! The sugarcane reminds me of growing up in Hawaii. We use to go to the sugarcane fields and chop down a few of them and eat them in the spot as well! The wax apples you ate, we have those in Hawaii but we call them Mountain Apples. I just love how you are so openly open with your family and their surroundings. I wish my family would be as open and welcoming but they are so guarded! Anyways, Love love love this vlog!! Thank You SAS!! Until next time🥰

It's crazy how much the east has influenced the Caribbean due to the slave trade. Jamaica has so many Asian influences from the curry to the fruits brought over. The names have been changed due to cultural influence but we love sugar cane and eating it exactly the way you are right now. Your videos are helping me so much with the loss of my mom. Thank you.
