@@KanohiVahi in all reality, technically nothing, leg press is a risk-free way of overloading your leg muscles to build them to be bigger. With about 585-600 lbs on the leg press, you're finding some limits of your body. With improper form, like having your butt lift off the seat, injury can occur.

I mean, I do 10 45s on each side. The most I got to was 960lbs. Aiming for 1000lbs

That's pretty impressive, doing 525 lbs. on a leg press. Especially how scrawny his legs are.
