Update on my ""PROVE IT" season aka my off season!
Currently I am around 18lbs up from stage weight, strength workouts are 5 days a week & routine skills are 2-3 times a week. Been really enjoying adding parts of my life back in and having more of a life during off season while also making improvements in the gym!
Shoutout to @jodiboam for continuously being there for me as a coach and guiding my through my first off season - prep should start around mid May - beginning of June which is both exciting and scary! Also been working with @fitlifesil during off season to help better my workouts - as you can tell she's very technical and brings so much to my off season both in the gym & posing!
