I've been enjoying my build. One thing that I really enjoy is actually the front height funnily enough - it's a comfortable typing experience. I built mine with a fr4 half plate but I think I want to rebuild it with the plate foam and see how that sounds to me.

I have the Drop Keysterine set which looks a lot like the 2048 set but is a matte finish and the legends are the same font/style as GMK. Highly recommend and they’re in stock as well.

I'm thinking about getting the smoky keysterines for the dark Loki65. Do you think those will look good together?
@Ojas.mediratta
2 жыл бұрын
@@AlvaTheSpurned Just depends on the switches you have. I will say that the keysterine caps conceal the switch underneath far more than the caps featured in this video. They'd probably look pretty good with the smoky Loki PC case if that's the one u got. Also keypress reactive rgb looks amazing under these caps if you have an RGB PCB. That's my two cents.

The design is visually more appealing but I'm a top mount fan. I am a bit disappointed it went to a gasket design but I know not every keyboard can suit everyone.

@3:16 of course you should wash your hands before touching the keyboard. who in their right mind would touch something with greasy hands. That's why I always have a towel and alcohol in my desk

Hey Alex! I've seen you build a couple boards with WS stabilizers. Would you recommend them over something like a durock v2? Currently sourcing stabs for my Q1 build. I know all stabs can eventually sound the same, but I seem to struggle with tuning so I'm looking for an easy to tune stabilizer. Thanks!

ayo. Coley did a video on stabs recently. Apparently, durocks aren't the best compared to new stuff like tx, staebies, or stabbers. For me, even though they're more expensive, I'd say the real benefit is not having to relube them when durocks start to tick after a while.

I have used durock v2 stabs on a few builds, and it doesn’t come close to tx stabs. It’s a lot easier to tune
