(posted elsewhere but replying here too) It is not $60 a bottle, it is $60 for two bottles. $30 per bottle is pretty similar to what the higher-end olive oil in supermarkets costs, plus that includes free shipping. In the end, I think it is highly unlikely that Johnson, who is worth 400 million dollars, is seriously selling olive oil at $30 a bottle to "get rich". The margins on food products are so low, and his time is so valuable, that I genuinely believe he is just trying to create a decent olive oil that can be trusted to actually be high quality.
@prav077

@@Nman92 that’s why I said he’s an excellent marketer, see the 2 bottles you get for $60 are 750ml each or 1500ml from $60 ~ $0.04 per ml whereas the same high quality extra virgin olive oil can be bought in Europe for $10 per L (actually it’s $9 but let’s assume $10 for easy calculations), do note that price of olive oil has INCREASED by almost 50% in Europe last year due to sanctions and inflation. Despite all this the cost of extra virgin olive oil in Europe comes out at around $0.01 per ml, which is still 4 times cheaper than that of Brian Johnson’s. Brian pockets every dollar of this 4x markup.

I would really start with a lower dose if you're going to use it. If you're talking about topical minoxidil then yes, but I would not stack a blood pressure medication with a PDE5 inhibitor without a doctor's supervision. Sildenafil is powerful stuff, if you're going to use it without having ED then I'd only use it to shorten your refractory period if you're planning on wearing your woman out. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach though, doesn't work with food.

I caught this before this thing fucks with my life , i always knew prevention is better than growing back what is lost.

I lost probably 60 to 70 of percent od hair on my scalp. My father is in his mid 60s and he has 40 percent hair on his head and my brother is 40 and he also has about 60 percent hair that is not thinning. But he doesn't have a bald spot. I am trying nizoral and i am going to see a doctor as fast as possible so i can talk about which things i should test in my bloodwork to see if i am sensitive for side effects of finasteride and i hope that im one of the majority that isn't sensitive to them. I got told by a doctor that inflammation can increase the strength of male pattern baldness. I know this video says that its not true, but i am so shocked that my hair is falling out so fast, do cases exist were people with aga went bald in 1 - 2 years ? And if it would be true that inflammation speeds up hairloss, would it also speed up the dying off of the hairfolicles. Because i am looking for a treatment to regrow my bald spots without minoxidil because i did read that it decreases in efficiency after 5 to 10 years and that it isn't a help forever. What do you think about microneedling with topical finasteride, but i guess it is going more systemic this way right ? Among other things, Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains polyphenols like Hydroxytyrosol, a type of natural aspirin. Most of the finest oils either never leave the Mediterranean or they get mixed/adulterated with poorer quality oils. The best way to percive its quality is to taste a spoonful. If it tastes peppery and slightly burns your throat when you swallow it, then it's the good stuff. The more it burns, the higher the amount of polyphenols.

Usually it's either pure psychology (depression), or magic (spell). I discard the infectious etiology in your case because you would have known by now that you've contracted std. In some cases though the infection persists without symtoms, like chlamydia or less often trychomoniasis. You may empyrically take azythromicin to knock off chlamydia (if any) and ornidozole (to clear off of any trychomonadas). The rest of the STDs are too obvious to pass unnoticed. So, if its not for the desise, then its either psychological thing or someone just did something wrong in your energy field... I'd recommend going to a holy place, some old church with a good vibe, and pray for help - as a starting step. Than see how the cosmos will answer you. What ad would you see on the net. What conversation you will overhear at work. There will be help coming in some form or another. Think about batural stimulants like ginseng root, eleutherococcus, tribulus terrestris... @Josef-ux2bu bro, I dont know how old you are. My guess is you are in your late 20s early 30s. We got tonns of young folk your age getting ED here in Russia. There is a whole message board here in russian internet on prostatitis and ED related stuff. All stories are common to the some degree. Some says he fell into cold water in the middle of winter and spent some 10 minutes trying to get to the shore and thats how he got his ED. Another says he got urethritis after unprotected sex then tried wash up his urethra with chlorhixidine and went completely impotent after that. Another guy claims he got ED after severe flu. Yet some other guy would claim something else. The common thing among all these widespread stories is that some unfortunate event happened which turned person into a complete impotent. Bro, with all due respect, I’m no longer buying it. I’ve heard hundreds of stories like this. It all comes down to some guy just giving little or no information or providing some not so serious cause of his ED - all in order to collect some attention, free advice and on top of everything and most importantly CARE. This is what is the most rare thing these ugly times. There are millions of unloved, not taken care of dudes. Some fell into chronic depression. Yet some into chronic ED. Bottom line - no ED can persist after stopping taking drugs you blame your ED on. No drug can ruin nervous system to a point of no return (unless it’s a heavy drug, e.g. narcotic, but even that is recoverable after the detox). There is a medical test I forgot the name, the idea is they check whether the nerve signal goes from the penis to the backbone and back. If there is no nerve damage, if the signal goes through, then it’s all in your head. Either you are so much depressed for whatever reason that you can’t get hard or, you simply… collect secondary benefit in the form of attention and care and love from random people on the net. Run 300 meters a day, go to bed early, don’t watch adult content, get on a low curb diet, try to socialize (this is the hardest part but it comes at the end when you physically and mentally prepared for it) - and I assure you, you will have your morning woods even at 50+. I am 47, i know what i am talking about. I am not a sex giant by all means, but I simply dropped all trash away. Espacially the trash which ruins my good mood. I used to worry a lot about politics, wars, the end of the world. Now I still worry but the attitude is a bit more grown up… Fight, man. Fight for your dignity. Stand up, you can do it!

Could it be, then, that in the absence of DHT, the influence of DHT on linear hair growth is effectively reduced to zero?

DUPA is very difficult to perform a transplant on. I did have a transplant in Colorado but I am not sure there are any hair transplant surgeons in Colorado who specialize with DUPA. They definitely exist though, but check a good resource like The Hair Restoration Network for a specific doctor. You don't want to make the mistake of limiting your transplant options to just your location. If you have to take a trip, then do so although I would avoid Turkish hair mills at all costs.

Heya Kevin ! I’ve been using finasteride 1.25 - 1.5 mg 3x/week by cutting a 5mg pill. The cutting results in pretty irregular sizes. Anyway I had some chest tightness after like 4 months that went away but I also developed gyno on my right but it’s pretty mild and in terms of libido/erections I’m sure it’s same though I’m not sure. The decreased libido may be because of uni and social life stress but all in all I’d say no obvious changes there. But then also it felt like sometimes finasteride increased my libido. I stopped using it for like 4 months and then the gyno went away. I resumed using it and now the gyno is on the left lmao it’s like it’s transferred. Then I went off for like 6 months now. The gyno didn’t go away. Anyway, I was thinking to go back and lowering the dose to 0.5mg 3x/week what do you think should I wait for the gyno to go or should I restart with lower dose or continue with the 1mg and homeostasis will eventually take place. I don’t mind keeping the gyno tbh is it’s to keep my hair lmao since it’s mild anyways
@haircafekevin
3 ай бұрын
I'd just go ahead and lower your dose right now and continue treatment. Finasteride has a 5 hour half life so prolonged breaks probably aren't necessary. If the gyno continues to be a problem I'd just consider surgery. It's not an ideal solution but gyno surgery is still a cheaper and safer option than a hair transplant.
@user-uv8xz5ge5b
3 ай бұрын
@@haircafekevin Didn’t finasteride have a functional half life of 30 days because of its high affinity to the reductase inhibitor and the enzymes low turnover rate ? I also thought it accumulates for the reasons mentioned above. So I thought we can take prolonged (1-2 month) breaks especially if we have sides.
@haircafekevin
3 ай бұрын
@@user-uv8xz5ge5b The tissue effects last about two weeks. That means that it is ok to miss doses or stop it for some particular reason for a short time. I don't think a prolonged break is necessary or useful. If you really want to take a break I would wait a maximum of a month. I don't think you'd get any benefit from longer than that, and that's probably overkill too.

They peak after 2 years, maybe give it at least 6 more months. Topical minoxidil would be your best chance of maximizing regrowth but maybe you could try also dipping your toes into extra DHT inhibition. Hey Kevin, sorry this isn't related to your current video but something you've probably been asked many times. Are there any reliable studies that you know of which find out if finasteride can maintain minoxidil gains? now I know the simple answer would be "No, they both have completely different mechanisms of action" but then I thought some more about it recently and it made me curious, why not? and is that even true? I don't know if this warrants a separate video but I'd sure be interested. This is one of those questions that everyone has as soon as they start reading about minoxidil and finasteride. I personally don't want to get on minoxidil because with fin, I'm keeping what I have left which is not too bad. But just in case there are some free gains laying around that I can then maintain with finasteride, then I want in
@haircafekevin
3 ай бұрын
There is a paper that looks at what happens with stopping minoxidil versus finasteride. It's this one, www.nejm.org/doi/10.1056/NEJM199909233411307 While you are on finasteride, AGA is on pause. If you stop finasteride, AGA resumes from where it left off. However with minoxidil, you get gains, but whatever gains you get go away when you stop it, and if you aren't finasteride as well, you will lose to the point as if you had never taken it. I don't know if that is clear, but if you look at the article it should be clearer.
@phee3D

@@haircafekevin thanks, your explanation makes sense but the article you linked seems to suggest that you can discontinue minoxidil and maintain your minoxidil gains using finasteride, am I understanding this correctly? I'd consider myself also quite the fan of olive oil and when I saw the price and heard that its a mix of different oils, I lost any trust into Brian (if I had any to begin with). Good extra virgin olive oil does come from one source only. You should be able to trace it back to the plantation, the harvest and should also find reports on mineral oils etc. When I read "mixture" on the label or they dont specify where it comes from, I would never buy it. There are many brands with preem looking packaging and high prices, but they lack to provide the bare minimum of transparency. Brians oil will be cheap in production, with a high margin for himself
