They played their hand, made comments and press conferences, & immediately sealed the case with gag orders so the defense can say absolutely nothing or even plead his innocence. For the Prosecution to then send the FBI to a defense witnesses home not 1x, but 2x, yet blocked the defense from interviewing the witnesses, BF, when they claim for exculpatory evidence, shows they don’t want something out there.

Ridiculous motion in the first place....but...."don't hate the players....hate the game"....as the defense is fighting for their clients life, as this is a DP case. Compelling argument but it IMO does not negate the law and the way the law was instituted in the first place. The GJ only needs to see the PC....they don't need ALL of the evidence....just enough to determine if a defendant should be confined for the alleged crime. Judges determine bond or no bond based on factors presented by both sides. Period.....the end.....NEVER going to change. I HOPE....lol Thank you COURTTV for sharing this....

The Defense needs a change of venue. If they don’t file a motion for change of venue then I question whether or not the Defense is actually working with the prosecution. I don’t believe that he can get a fair trial in Moscow ID.
