Hi there, great stuff. My 70 Firebird has the 2 conrod oil holes. There was a guy from the BSA factory that specialised in A65s not far from me. I asked for new conrod bolts but he asked to see the old ones and he had a quick check and he wouldn't sell me them. He had never put new bolts in if they were BSA, in all the 40 years he never saw one break except pattern ones. He had some nos ones but would only replace damaged ones. All the best Pat W

As an avid watcher of both yours and Paul's channel, he also has a tip of using a Ford tractor bushing to replace the timing side bush on a BSA unit motor.

I dont remember who it is but i believe there is a guy in north Texas who will bore cases for roller bearings on crank, i had an old 750 that had wore out crank brgs & was looking at fixing them but someone offered to buy it & i was moving so i sold it instead.
