Thanks for the vid Rich. 1 - Endocrine disruptors: I switched to oat milk and almond milk for protein shakes and quit eating all soy, tofu etc. Have water filters installed. Bring metal drinking bottle to gym. These things are affordable and quick wins. 2 - Combat sports: Done kickboxing for a year, now have private classes with former British navy seal and martial artist for self defense. 3 - Consumption of narratives that reinforce the pussification of the western male: I switched to Japanese Netflix and here people watch Korean shows like Vicenzo. It's not like the old James Bond movies but bearable and in these shows there's always one alpha guy who leads the way. 4 - Mastering hygiene, a masculine physic & signaling high testosterone cues: for me this is basically lifting weights, doing cardio and then wearing tailored clothing so people can tell. I'm a fan of Suit Supply for good value for money tailored suits and business casual wear. Will buy some more of their stuff after Corona in Hong Kong for even better VFM. 5 - Competency skills and what they are. Can you solve problems, are you innovative, can you make it rain, are you putting a dent in the universe etc: I think every guy should create a scalable business or die trying - and actively invest (not passive s&p etf's etc) and so to build an empire of (time) wealth, network, influence.

The second caller "J" embodies a very common dilemma. The modern man has been taught since childhood to look for qualities in a woman that are not conducive to a long lasting relationship or stable family. The same way women have been taught to elicit emotions in a man only to then get turned off and bored. Correcting this mindset after 25 is not an easy task....
@Catholic-Redpilled-Spaniard
3 жыл бұрын
Could you expand on this? I'm interested. Very, actually.
@okaySam
3 жыл бұрын
@@Catholic-Redpilled-Spaniard Sure. It basically comes down to our socialization as children. The kind of relationship between man and vvoman we've been taught to search for. Most modern men have internalized the concept of "equal partnership". Meaning "a vvoman must be intellectually and socially my equal" (or else "I'll look like a fool".) Men are therefore dealing with unstable relationships full of conflict with vvomen that are supposedly their equal. Furthermore these vvomen often times lack important values and traits, that would truly be important to a long lasting relationship/family: the ability to nurture, run a household, instill a home with peace and harmony, to hold a family together. Taking pride in feminine qualities has been lost on the modern vvoman as well as the modern man. Men are searching for educated/equal vvomen. Men therefore accept/tolerate the promiscuity and competition within the relationship. VVomen are searching for soft/equal men. VVomen therefore accept/tolerate the beta behavior, lack in leadership and arousal. It's a lose/lose situation and the statistics back it up.

Don't put anything with perfumes on your skin if you have issues with hyperpigmentation. BPA-free just moves the target down to BPS or some other "BP" which is also estrogenic. Glass shaker bottles are a thing. In some places you can purchase reverse-osmosis water, and even get it delivered. If you're doing such things yourself, activated charcoal is for things like chlorine. Try Hol Food if you want a decent meal replacement with decent protein and no soy.

Most of his friends were Killed, horribly maimed or psychologically destroyed. Those that survived got on with lives, not whimpered in a corner. I told my kids to watch you tube & see the masculine things those 16-25 young men did in aeroplanes, ships, tanks, selflessly facing death constantly, daily, then went back and did it again. And have you noticed how now 13 year olds look like 18 year olds? It's fucked up. That too seems to be a secondary effect

By percentages there are always more women on this planet than there are men. So by definition there is always another woman around the corner.
jiujitisu teaches you to NOT do the most effective things, like head butts, biting, gouging, grabbing nuts larnyx , grabbing just 1-2 fingers, slapping ears, hitting nuts, neck, back, back of head. It's got way too much emphasis on strength, weight, reach. Not all that useful for women or elderly

Also... Does he have a leg to stand on? Telling rich that she isn't attractive as she once was, still cute, but Physically not attractive/attracted to her.. Yet he isn't exactly in peak condition..

@@SpeedyHercules good point. I mean he himself said he’s got work to do. Also, what bothers me is that he made a commitment to this woman who seems like treating him very well. You made the commitment, you stick to it!

@@3JS2001 100% agree with you... You married her "For better or Worse" Don't walk out because you feel smarter and she isn't attractive anymore. You made your bed..

@@SpeedyHercules this is the problem we have with women these days . Because they don't no what commitment is. In this case it looks like it's reverse. People get married and expect everything will stay the same ! I mean if you all ( men and women) wanting something exciting all the time why the hell you even marry ?
Its confusing why women are so big on the combat sports thing..... carry a Glock, its much easier and much more effective. Great content Rich!!! We couldnt make it without you.

5 7 dude wants to bail on a 1 month old kid and go back to his mom's basement
Safe guideline is never be the first one to say it and after thats been crossed keep it scarce or like a positive affirmation when she actually does something you like or value.

Is organic soy like fermented Tempeh and organic soy milk bad for you as well? I've read that it's not. That it's the GMO version of soy, like the ones found in the back of a frozen meal or some plant proteins..
