I always had chip point Bucks back in the day. That drop point blade looks nice.

The Buck clip point does a great job of piercing just about anything from animal hides/leather to heavy fabric and even thin sheet metal. I believe the clip point is a more practical blade for a working person. I enjoy the drop point blades from an asthetic perspective

The 112 is a sweet knife, I really like the drop point. I agree, the nickel silver ones are really nice looking. Thanks for the look. 👍🇺🇲

I had to check out the definition years back. This knife collecting business is full of details. It is related to the way the top of the blade curves down to the point, Thank you
