On the other end of the spectrum, Japan is one of the biggest importers of Buckwheat in the world, and with the shortage of Buckwheat, they have started looking towards other countries to source this produce.
This has further fortified our Meghalaya Buckwheat cultivation initiative. From here onwards, we are looking to make Meghalaya one of the producers who can directly supply Buckwheat to countries like Japan.
