Ok, I must point out that Corey’s range of motion was significantly longer, and therefore more challenging.

Nope, Mike's range is more armwrestling centric and activates more useful muscle for the sport. Mike was working with a full blown pump which made it harder and Corey was using his back too much.

Corey chose the grip that he liked best (wider) & I chose the grip I liked best (narrow), which changes how far you can open up your arm. Plus, my right arm doesn’t go straight!

Very impressive. I like the back and forth setup, challenging each other and competing at the same time, great way to push each other past previous limits.

I use 1-10 or 15 in bodyweight or kettlebell ct. Watching this, I can truly appreciate just how hard this is, this is absolutely beautiful sir. Micheal was spot on when he said at 8reps "about half way" you were bang on sir, 1-7, 8-10 are the midway points. Loved this!

I had a trainer that put me through an empty bar workout similar to this years ago, only we went more reps (because, you know, empty bar). We did like 3 or 4 different exercises and the rule was the bar doesn't touch the ground for the entire workout. It's a brutal way to workout, but a lot of fun if you're doing this with a good training partner. It's pretty funny watching someone you know is really strong struggling with an empty bar by the end of a workout. Lol! Strong work, guys!
