Just subscribed as a xc and track runner. Before that I would do HIIT workouts 6 days a week. Your videos have helped me to learn so much and I appreciate the information because it is helping me to discover which path I want to take (bodybuilding or power-lifting). I love it ALL!!

I’ve been on SBD from the start and my arms are definitely more jacked too 😂 my arms weren’t exactly teeny to start with they have definitely grown. Hoping to hit my aim of a 60kg bench reallllly soon 🤞🏼 which will be just above body weight. I’ve been sitting at a 58kgs max for soooooo long. I love your program so glad I jumped on board 😁 Thanks Meg

Meg I would love you to address hyper flexibility and being injury prone. I was doing overhead press and I was super happy with my progress until I had a rotator cuff injury, it has been almost a year and I can’t do them still. How can we address progression when you are so injury prone? I am loving your warm up routines, I was a skeptic but you converted me❤️

I'm obviously not Meg, but I would suggest you go see a physiotherapist for your shoulder. He / She will give you exact exercises to do to train your shoulder back up again and to break up the scar tissues that is keeping the muscle tight. Physio exercises, alot of stretching and some manual therapy from a good physio should get you to notice a different in just a few weeks :)

you look jacked AF! especially during those shoulder presses! wow!! just curious, why do you have a suicide grip when pressing? rather than thumb wrapped around, don't you want to be squeezing the bar similarly to how you would on a bench press? why don't you buy some powerblocks for your gym - better adjustable dumbbells.

My wife and I have been Incline bench pressing for months now (never did this) and both of us have gotten stronger in so many muscle areas such as shoulders and triceps but just stronger in general, much stronger. Pull ups are coming next! Your back is sexy!

wow! I work out at home and I would like to add a squat rack to my home gym. Do you have any recommendations. Rogue is a bit on the expensive side! Any brands on Amazon.ca that would be ok for doing back squats, overhead presses, bench presses?

When joining the program, do you have like a day 1...or do you just start on the current programming? So let's say someone joined after the pullup progression, would that no longer be available to them? Hope that makes sense

hop into the current programming. Best to start on a Monday at the top of the week, or during a deload/right after it so you're on a fresh block. Next block starts Monday June 3rd!

Resting at the top of your overhead press would be more like resting at the end of your squat when you're standing rather than at the bottom.
