Recipe
- half a kg of flour
- 2 eggs
- half a glass of sour cream
- 100 g of melted maltose
- grated lemon zest
-1.5-2 dl of warm milk
- 1 bag of baking powder
- half a bag of dry yeast
- 5 spoons of sugar
- vanilla sugar
-apricot jam, rosehip, chocolate/nougat cream...
- powdered sugar
- melted butter for coating 50g
Put the dry yeast in warm milk with a little sugar to let it stand. Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, melted butter, lemon zest, then add the added yeast to the milk. Pour into a bowl with flour and baking powder and mix and knead the dough. If necessary, add a little more flour so that it is not too sticky. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for at least an hour. Knead once more and roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm, cut squares, put jam on each, close and coat each ball with melted butter. Put them in a baking tray and bake at 190 degrees until they are ruddy like mine from the oven, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. The dough is soft, soft, soft, and very tasty!
P.S. I made a double measure, so it turned out to be a large pan
And when it's the best, it's Mmm BRE!
