Sometimes, this can be very useful. In fact even iI nornally whatch the entire vid, this time, after a while I 've skipped to the flights. I believe is good in some types of vidz, like this one, for example. And, btw, I almolst ever pass on the beta flight config. But I'm happy to know that if I will buy a certain quad or relative, I will find here all the right coordinates to make it fly. Apologies for the long comment but, in my language there is an intrinsic lenght that mirrors when I write in English, maybe. Anyway, ciao Andy, and Ciao to everybody here!!

AndyRC hey Andy can I use these small 0703 0705 0706 type motors on a brushed geared quadcopter like the syma x5c or say my toy propel graviton ,most of the toy drones as you know have 8520 brushed motors and are powered by 1s , is it possible to connect these motors to the FC board on the toy drones ? , without any ESCs or anything crazy , just a simple motor swap from 8520 brushed to 0705 brushless ? , I mean they both uses 1s lipo , I just want to know before I buy some because I plan to do a build I think it would be interesting, I already get 12 minute flight times with my 8520 1s motors that have the gear reduction system and ball bearings it’s just a toy drone that I use to smash all round my neighborhood without worrying about it being a weapon falling out of the sky if I crash cause it’s not nearly as fast as the race drones and its only around 100 grams if I have it totally lightened up, originally its 140 grams fully loaded and flight times were only 7 minutes I enjoy these brushed geared quadcopters because I like the idea of gear reduction so I can use bigger props that are actually 6 it more inches unlike the small micro 55mm-75mm type props , idk I think it would be cool to build a toy brushless geared quadcopter ,please let me know if it might work thanks

Nice build! We have a foot of snow outside, so if I dumped a micro FPV in the snow, I wouldn't find it until the Spring thaw. $200? I just ordered all the parts for a 66mm rakonheli whoop and spent less than $100. Including the frame! I think these are two different classes though since you used the 1103 motors and micro builds have moved on to 0703. Now our brushless AUW is within less than 10 grams of a real Tiny Whoop!

Great build, BUT... sad to say FlexRC won't sell the frames separately, and is out of stock for the parts of all kits. Disappointing, because this combo seems like just what I'm looking for to upgrade from my Diatone whoop which eats motors as do all brushed whoops, and I'm tired of freshening it every couple of weeks. I was hoping a couple of this sort of things for this winter. I may cut my own frames if I can't find something like this.

Would you recommend as a tint whoop replacement? I'm not so much interested in outdoors. I want to be able to have a low key, small, "quiet", harmless kwad I can fly indoors. Or places like my university, home etc. I wanna be able to fly around people (not crash into them as I would with the whoop but still). I don't wanna damage my walls etc. Worried this might be too hefty to fully replace my whoop. My whoop weighs 25g this is pretty much 4x that... even if I remove buzzer and try to keep it light. Won't be under 90g... how much do the prop guards weigh? Anyway what do you think Andy? Great video by the way. Highly considering this. Also, is this 2s or 3s?

I have to say I've been a little disappointed by FlexRC. For a DIY "kit" there are a lot of bits that weren't included. They didn't send me a tracking number for the batteries, which were shipped separately, and then when they did arrive they had only shipped half of what I ordered. So far they've been pretty responsive, and the kit looks nice, but for the price of the kit they could have tossed in some standoffs and maybe some wire to solder the receiver onto the board.

Hi, maybe you can help me. I built up a DIY kit very similar to yours. After some playing I was able to get the receiver I connected to bind to my DX6. However in the config page of betaflight it is not keeping the receiver setting and when in the receiver tab even though it looks like the receiver is bound (according to a solid light on the receiver) I see no inputs.

Indeed! I had a couple more issues, the wires from the 4 in 1 esc for motors 1 and 3 were reversed in the diy kit, but I worked through that and it was a easy 15 min tear down and solder job. One more question, for these micro builds with AIO camera vtx do you have any tricks for reducing noise in the video feed? I think its voltage based as its only when I spin up the motors but I get a sort of angled shimmer across the image after I take off. Its not severe and I have yet to record any dvr footage because this beast with a 3s does not like my small apartment :P

Hello. Can you make a review series for the new 4 in 1 modules : 2.4G CC2500 A7105 Flysky Frsky Devo DSM2 Multiprotocol TX Module With Antenna or CC2500 NRF24L01 A7105 CYRF693 4 In 1 TX Module With Case For Futaba JR Frsky X9D X12S Transmitter. Found in banggood. can you review set up, range, delay on taranis, Flysky FS-i6X and it would be awesome if you could review it on Turnigy 9XR PRO ( I know you don't have this one but is worth it IMHO, just sell it after ;) ) since is a cheap 28 ch, voice alerts transmitter and many more spec. And compare the performance of this transmitters with the module.

But you have a Taranis, you can do that one. after seeing Bruce videos of the Turnigy I would say maybe is not worth it. I also saw a video of this with taranis, devo 10 and turnigy and the guy said that between the tree the best one is definitely taranis and if you ar short on money the turnigy would do the job. so he ruled out devo 10 between those.
