I have 3 questions 1. The FAQ which you have taken is having only text but what if the FAQ has images or videos in it will it get displayed 2. There are other integrations like twilio, telegram it would be great if u could show some of the integrations because the direct integration is going to be shutdown on May 6 so how it can be used also would be great info 3. In the video I saw two options one is FAQ and the second one Extractive answering may I know what it is

Nidhin Kumar, Please find my responses below. 1. This feature is mostly targeting text responses. However, there are other ways to have rich responses. I will be covering that in future videos. So stay tuned. 2. Sure, will try to cover each integration so it's easy for all to integrate into each platform. 3. Extractive Answering is an experimental feature that parses documents like text/plain, text/html, application/pdf. I will also cover this in upcoming videos or during live sessions. Thanks Federico! Glad you liked it. Regarding the availability, I guess you are asking about Dialogflow Phone Gateway, as of now, its still a beta feature and will be available first in the US. Will keep you posted once there is an update or have a look at the channel's discussion tab for product updates, free courses etc. For Dialogflow web integration and actions for Google Assistant app, you should be able to use it and everyone who has access to your web chatbot or Google Assistant will have instant access to it across the globe. Hope this helps.

Hi, Thank you so much. The reason it is working internally from your page and not from external is because you need to submit the application for approval in the facebook developer console. Once you have built your chatbot and you are happy with it. Go ahead and submit the application for approval in facebook developer console. Once facebook approves the app, it will be accessible for the public. Hope this helps. All the best. 🙂👍

Hi, you can use the dialogflow web integration to have text and voice input. Please note, it will only have text responses along with audio. For rich responses like suggestions, cards, images etc, you can use dialoglow messenger. You can always use the Dialogflow API to build your own UI as well. You can refer to some of the other videos on my channel where we discuss about this. Hope this helps. 🙂

Nice video. One question: At 6:00 you chose Google Assistant from Integrations. I do not have this feature. Do I have to enable this anywhere in the settings or is it not enabled because i am using free trial version?

Hi, when integrating my dialogflow with google assinstance it shows simulator error message. It tells me to turn on web and app though is on.

Hi Gcina Dlamini, just double check that you have enabled Web & App Activity under myactivity.google.com/activitycontrols?pli=1&authuser=0 Also make sure to enable the check boxes below. After that when you run the test in the simulator, make sure to reset the test. You should find this option on the top right. Hope this helps.

Thanks harsh shah. Happy to see you try it out. Regarding your issue, this could be due to multiple reasons. Check if the FAQ document URL or website you are adding follows the FAQ schema. FAQ schema is code you place on your site that tells search engines “this content is presented in a question and answer format”. When the content is correctly marked up, it means those pages *could* be eligible for Dialogflow to parse through easily. Also, make sure once you add the knowledge document, click the response as shown in the video. I hope this helps.

Hi Shubham Borkar, You can refer to one of my previous videos kzitem.info/news/bejne/uIF-tJyqn59jo6w. If it is quiz related, you can directly use Action template to do this. When you create a new project in actions on Google, choose Game option and choose templates. There are various templates for you to get started. If you plan to build something from scratch, you can also use content cards to add images etc. Hope this helps. Will try to cover rich responses in either a future video or live stream. Hi Jana reddy, I guess you are looking to control features of Ansible Tower using Google Assistant. You can do this by using webhooks and calling your required APIs to make the changes.

sir when I clicked on build action, it is already showing a tick on build your action. An despite opening page with building your 1st action it is showing some page with (Display name)= Choose a name for your Action. Pls, tell me how to proceed as you instructed in the video.
