Great work! It's funny how much anxiety it gave me to watch you run your hand across that trap. Kinda like pulling the pin on a fake grenade and just watching it. 😂

Amy just wanted to educate you on trapping bobcats! Some sets use an exposed trap for bobcat because they really don't associate the trap with what they are looking at, in this seen it is the hole! Rocks and sticks are placed were you don't want the cat to step, the cat is guided to the pan on the trap like it is a good place to step?the pan is lightly covered with dirt just covering the pan making it look like a place to step that is clear of stick and such? They really will just step right were you want them to! Hope this helps in your next habitat make! Love your work keep making the content?

Perfection Ms Amy it is wonderful to watch your videos. They are extremely informative. I thank you for taking your time to inform people that want to be a taxidermist how to do things correctly. My best friend and mentor Henry Durant told me about you when he went to see you about Bobcats. I hope one day i can make it there as well. From South Texas. Your an amazing artist of replicating mother natures finest. I am always excited to watch your videos and always waiting anxiously for the next one you make. Have a blessed day and again thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom.

Good tip about the 'Eco-Earth', Amy! ;) I've combined that with my redried, reground coffee grounds, for a cool looking earth.

Thanks, yes I love that stuff! It’s a little too bland to just use alone, which Is why I used the spray paint and the leaves and grass .. coffee grounds is a great idea! Nice to have you here on the channel!

I'm guessing that the bobcat was killed in Texas, only going by the spot pattern, good video, I use Elmer's glue, but I find that many coats are necessary to permanently fasten down the foliage, it works great with peat moss or sand but not so great with small rocks or leaves and crushed leaves, yes if I spray it enough times it will be glued, but I am interested in your contact glue method, I will be experimenting,

Very nice. Curious about the black phase fox squirrel. Did you take it? How common are they? Would one have a good chance of getting one on public land in a weekend? Thank you
