On my jeep I cut the front fenders out like that but I took the left fender flare and mounted on the right side and the right fender flare and mounted it on the left and I mount them higher so that it still looks good it still has the flare and it actually doesn't even look like it's not stock yet clears 33's or 35's,doesn't throw mud and rocks all over the side of the rig (Ever had a rock come flying out of the tread and hit the back of your forearm when getting off of the trail?... It doesn't tickle one bit!!) And the front fenders don't look hacked.

loved the video! I also bought an xj about 6 months ago :) I have a couple questions. how do you have so much flex? my xj also has a 3 inch lift with 33s and it can barely flex. did you take the sway bar off? also what pressure do you air down to without beadlocks? and how much mileage did the green jeep have when you bought it? thanks!
@jacobfisher9818
Жыл бұрын
yes, if you pause it around 17:25, you can see there is no sway bar
@ProjectXJ
Жыл бұрын
You definitely need to remove the sway bar to get flex. On a 15x8 wheel, you can air down to about 12 psi without worrying too much about losing a bead.
