Sometimes it’s really hard to silence the voices of self-abasement when they ring so loudly in one’s ears. Voices that one carries around for years, reinforcing the constant negative view of one’s self. Breaking free of that is a monumental task when they’ve been one’s steady companion since childhood. I’ve recently realized that most of those voices don’t belong to me, but have been imposed over time and I’ve just allowed them to take up real estate in my brain - influencing my thought patterns towards the negative. Thank you for the reminder that we are not powerless. We must take action immediately and be very intentional about how we move in this world and who we allow to have influence over us. I’m grateful for the reminder that we control our own destinies - not someone else and we can make tiny, positive changes that make big impacts towards positive change. It does our souls good to love ourselves first even if it doesn’t fulfill the requirements of others, be it family or friends. We all need to live and love intentionally as if our lives depend on it - because it does! ❤🎉

Thanks for sharing your experience and wisdom on how to overcome adversity. Yes, nature is so calming. On winter days, locked inside my house my mind goes in circles; but, outside, sitting on my porch, in a patch of sunlight, my mind's at peace. Amazing how that works. And, your choice of clothes, so fashionably relaxed looking. You do look like you embody serenity. It's not easy. It's a practiced art.

Hello. You sound very much like my longing heart throughout my life. Pulled by many to care for them over myself since childhood. That has been very very painful to me. I started unraveling it about 3 years ago after losing most of my belongings, one cat, and nearly my life in a house I rented that became full of mold. I now live in my minivan with 3 surviving cats. I would like to add I have a very big global connection being, a call within me and it has affected my life since birth. Yet, I still feel that the path you are on is key to healing myself...and I teach this. Yet to teach means centering to my grounded self more and more. It is the reason I have been not flowing a new channel I have called Ancient healing light on KZitem. The conflict ends in solving myself and taking back my privacy to do so. Privacy in the energy of my own light fully, may be hard to understand, as the energy of the world has been louder. You have helped me. Just hearing your words spoken. I may listen to this daily for a while. Then I hope to bring my whole self to my eager audience awaiting me. I may even turn it into my path in progress, in part that is. I wil sit with it first, then decide, as my feeling guide. That is what I teach. Life is rich and uniquely to each and much more...It is endlessly good. My message is about self empowerment and peace. I would love to become friends. Please feel free to connect. Love Patricia

You have to have some sort of financial security to live the life you love. Easy to say all these wonderful motivational statements from a good place, is easy. If you are dirt poor and you do not know where your next meal is coming from, you would not be able to feel like this. Lustening to all of this, might make feel people envious, not satisfied with their own lives. Life your own life. So not look to "influencers" to guide you. They make their lives seems perfect an d its not.

I can second that you have a lovely calming voice! 🪷 (I also love your Meditations too.) I also had a NDE 7 years ago (subarachnoid brain haemorrhage with unstable angina) and it literally turned my life upside down! Unlike you though, my ex husband wasn't supportive and left me and took our 3 young children with him. It was the worst experience of my life. At the time, I didn't want to live if I didn't have my children (the youngest was only a baby). However, in time, I began to see that there were blessings in that too: I went on a journey of Enlightenment and now like you (but no where near as good as you) try to practice Conscious Living. I have also been blessed with a new husband who is also my carer (underlying health issues plus mobility issues after the haemorrhage have left me chronically sick and disabled and need looking after). However he doesn't share my enthusiasm for Conscious Awareness or Conscious Living so makes things extremely difficult, especially when he's in charge of the shopping and maintenance of the apartment. But I am thankful for being alive and thankful for him being in my life, and most importantly thankful for the gift of Presence and to be able to connect online with folks who do share the sane values, so thank you for these videos, they help more than you could possibly know. Much love and many blessings to everyone 🕉💕🙏
