I have an 06 LJ and researching a trail/on-road combo build. Great info. Nice to see you're not doing an LS swap. I'm thinking about a 4.6L stroker, since I have 188K on the 4.0L. Wondering what the parts list cost is on your build? My guess in the 20K range?

We are closer to the 50K range all things considered. It adds up quick. I've heard awesome things about the 4.6L stroker!

Cool build so far. Yall going to put bedliner in the jeep? Also you going to go with the 31 gallon gas tank form Genright?

We did do Berliner on the interior of the tub but stuck with the factory gas tank. We beefed it up with the Savvy Off Road Aluminum Gas Tank Skid

When I have the money I'm definitely going to put a bigger gas tank in my jeep wangler from Genright.

5.13 gears? They seem to be the highest matching ratio for the jk44 and 9 inch.
