I liked this until they said they couldn't afford full time coaches. 😒 after saying coaches were super helpful.

Im an aspiring manager who would like to work in the gaming industry and I happened to stumble upon this video. I have to say Mr Potthoff is truly so insightful, especially towards the end of the talk. I have to agree Esports agencies are something I have not heard much of yet they yield high growth potentials. I would love to hear so so much more from the hosts and Mr Potthoff and maybe able to connect with them professionally. Though, my status are too low and I don't think i can provide them any benefits by knowing me right now 😅. For now I thank you so much for making me much more knowledgable half the world away, and one day I will be able to work with people that are great as you.

It's honestly encouraging to see, at least at the time of this presentation, that even Full Sail was relying on staff to fill in as coaches. This is the problem I am working with right now as an organizer.
