Building dissertation emotional resilience is essential to dissertation success, if anything because it affects student dissertation motivation. Yet, many students struggle with low dissertation emotional resilience, going through dissertation stress, dissertation anxiety, and in extreme cases dissertation depression. This low dissertation emotional resilience affects their ability to write a top grade dissertation. In this video, my students share the strategies they employed to manage their dissertation emotions, enhancing their dissertation emotional resilience. Each strategy presented by my students is followed by a brief comment from me.
