I'm curious how some always came to the conclusion that 1. no one can afford it and 2. that it's overpriced. Vanhu munongoda zvakachipa seiko?!! Prices are set based on the value of the product / project, NOT what you can afford! You're clearly not their target customer. Speak for yourself, because those who can afford it will buy it. That being said, I believe many developers could benefit from a strong marketing team. We often don't hear about many of these projects, except "by accident" while browsing for other things here. I work with SMEs in this space, and @Kaya's Gogo, let them know that I'm offering marketing services. My background is in both real estate and marketing.

In South Africa for that kind of money, you get a mansion + . In zim properties are over priced disproportionately. It’s madness.

I totally agree with you. That design is too basic for the price🙌🏾

Kkkkkk too overpriced considering that the bedrooms are not even all en-suite. Being in the construction industry, It’s too basic honestly however good work Cape Valley. Got a chance to pass through when I was in Zim. It’s a nice project but not worth the price.

Not even Ruzevha only kkk. There’s a place called Penhalonga. It’s developing, has amazing views and the stands are fairly cheap now. US$200,000 you can buy a 3000sqm stand and build a massive house just under US$200K😄

Ffs 🤦 I live here. I’m an architect n developer recently moved back from the west. Who’s gonna be able to afford these overpriced duplexes. There are no mortgages in zim. Or jobs. Concentrate on low income housing n clusters. This won’t have a happy ending.
