i do follow the rule at 6:30min but still most of the time its like at test #30 i finely make it work. i go around the world till i get it down and it hearts my brain. love the vids keep it up

That's a great question and to be honest with you I am not quite sure. I know that people can make 5x5's less than 600 blocks but apart from that I don't know. It's definitely better than most people's first 5x5 but it's still big.

CraftyMasterman they usually sit between 600 and 500 blocks but they have different layout to maximize the size instead of the animation so

5x5 doors and larger seem to be really hard to make in bedrock because quasi-connectivity doesn't exist there. Really impressive!

good job on the door! also when you said that doors aren't super complicated, and that it's just powering redstone at the exact time, you made me decide to try to make a door that i've had at the back of my mind- i'm not gonna say it here because it's my idea, but i might challenge u to build this once it's done. thx for the advice😄

6:28 my friends are the same but I HATE redstone in MCBE because no zero tick pulse but it is a good challenge but it is so easy to make a door they over complicate it

I love the editing on this video, it reminds me of Mumbo. Great job! Edit: This redstone is frying my small brain... Edit 2: You can use different colours of concrete for different redstone circuits so that it's easier to understand, not only for you, but also for the viewers!

The Pixel Pirates Lol. Some people just keep track of everything in a different way. The thought process when building redstone can vary greatly from person to person. I have an unusually strong memory so it's easy for me to not color code but for some people they dl it bc they find it easier. I don't color code because the hassle of getting different blocks vastly outweighs any benefits that I get.

It's almost the same size to make the circuitry 3 wide then it is to make it 1 wide. In scenarios where one is making the door multiple times over just trying to get it as small as possible, yes, wall hipsters are the way to go but here I wanted to keep it simple. Not to mention that I didn't want to look ip any layouts or setups for the door.

I made a 11 inwards, 23 tall, and 19 wide version. I used the 1.8.9 Dico/Sidney 0.9 5x5 layout (the sides are 2 wide instead of 1 so the bottom has 4 block storage and the top has an observer based triple.) Pretty fast, reliable, but big.

I’m sorry to tell you this but I just don’t want to share my redstone testing world because there are too many builds that I plan on doing showcases and tutorials on in the future. If I share my redstone testing world, people could and probably will start making tutorials and even showcases on builds that I made. I just can’t let that happen, especially since I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Thanks for understanding.

The circle just highlights where you touch the screen, You can activate split controls but that uses the cross.

I do have a texture pack that is exactly like the one that I use except without the circle but to be honest I prefer having it. Even though it can be slightly disturbing at times, it's extremely useful when pointing at things.

I have a pretty good memory and find it easy to remember what does what without the help of colors. I tried to color code for awhile but I realized that it was just a waste of time. I only ever do it for tutorials now. Just to be clear, this doesn't mean that you shouldn't color code yourself if you're starting; there's nothing wrong with it and it can help you a lot in the beginning.

This is not a good example of a small 5x5 lol. The "standard" for small ones is 504 blocks if you were curious.
