After spending hours checing my mics, test recording etc I found out the problem is using a different computer editing and compressing my videos while away. I tried to fix it, but unfortunately thats the best I could do.

Great video as always. Check out using a compressor-/ limiter on your Mic channel when recording and when editing your audio. It will prevent and treat distortion. Love the show

Ah yes your very lucky to be allowed in the boys club 👍 The rear shocks and custom spacers look good. Cool old school lathe 😎 The final cruise black moonshine truck is really great.

Yes the lathe came from South Bend, Indiana. The factory started making tanks and then went on to make the Humvee 4x4's. I lived at one time around 20 miles from it.

Somebody should tell you that you are fitting "Shocks" !!! Thanks for breaking Simon's rules, coz you are doing a good job there and looking good as well, in that workshop where I only ever see you working 👍🙂. Well done so far. Will we see the finished bike in 🇨🇭?

😱 Absolutely “shock”-ing result! But in a good way!🤪🤣🤭 Oh & I’m getting used to seeing your “instructions” on the tank. Clear coat them on!🤔 In my previous life I was a heat treatment tradesman in the Australian Defence Dept. So I used to harden, temper, anneal & associated processes. Also part of my trade was lathe machining, milling, & welding. I’m getting a kick out of all facets D your achieving! I think you’ll need either a trade qualified certificate or the Professional Bike Builder plaque at the end of this.👍🏼😎🤣

I love a bit of good lathe action! Good name you gave Si's one... it sounded pretty loose! Noah used that lathe to make his arc shims and spacers 😁😂. Another great build vid Di. 👏👏👏

@@MINTCUSTOM5 it's an old beaut. Considering it was only designed and built to last a few years during war time, it's incredible it's still going strong and doing it's job. I have a mate who collects and uses them, biiiiig fuckers from the John Brown ship yard in Glasgow. Giants! Some are still as tight as a mouse's ear. Some are as tight as a moose's ear. Or a moose's rear!? A Glasgow accent helps that gag! 😂 I loved how Dei was so totally fine using the clunky, baggy old lathe, blissfully unaware it is rattling it's arse off and what scary shit CAN happen. You know it and trust it and she just faithfully followed... I'd have been bricking it 😂😂! Total respect for breaking the no vag in the workshop rule with the Lithuanian exception. 👍

I wish he would've shared that secret measurement with us. Was he talking about a measurement from the steering nut to the back of the seat? I see a lot of bikes where the lines look way off because the seat is too short and doesn't cover enough of the rear wheel... and now I'm wondering if it's because the builder didn't know the secret measurement.
