After a review of physics marble tracks in part one, this segment gets into a review of the basic materials needed for building your own track by constructing a loop de loop track. In a future segment we will take a look a the physics of the loop de loop track by comparing the calculated measurements to the actual results found in the performance of the device.
track material is easy to work with and cheap. it is called shelf bracket tracks or shelf uprights. I have seen various hardware stores and building supply stores carry it, one company that makes it is Rubbermaid. E5 shelf upright. available at Home Depot, Last time I checked, Lowes does not carry it

screws are #4 screws one half inch long
balls can be 1 inch steel balls, pool balls, golf balls or even large glass marbles
