@@brandoncarter9323 I got Dumpy from a guy in Blue Ridge Ga. who imports them. There is also a place near Pilot Mt NC.

Yeah takes a lil while with the trencher but it works! And just got the DR power 9" bucket so almost time to run the water line to the hoophouse! And nephews usually run it they don't give me seat time! They have been using it and using the ol' chvy luv with the HF cargo unloader to level out the floor and build up the low spots! Looking good tho! Can't wait to see the next pond update!

Thanks Kenny, yea it ain't fast but it sure is fun. Tell the nephews to leave some of the fun for you. My wife wants to learn how to use it but I'm worried that if I let her then I'll never get to use it again. LOL

Got an idea for you on future projects where you can't get your mini truck in to move dirt. Get you a powerful 4000 pound pull winch. Make a sled that can hold 3000 lbs of dirt. Attach the winch to a tree maybe 30 yards away and pull the dirt out of the way. This will prevent redigging the dirt with the trencher. Use the dirt pile building up at the winch as a slope to pull the sled up and that will dump the dirt.

Thanks Norm, that's a great idea.

It looks like fun. Yep that's the problem I have it would be great if it could do 360degree swivel. But as you said it's the price, plus if had track machine would it sink in that mud. I've cleared up a large part of a forest in my project and it's on a slope I've leveled it now so could get my tractor up there. But I'd never risk a track machine it would tip. I feel safer on the trencher than I did walking on the slope. Amazing little machine,I had a problem two days ago it kept getting hold of something and it wouldn't let go till it won. And it was a gate still attached to the post buried 2ft underground unbelievable strength to get it out plus a caravan hitch. I tend to dig then drag earth backwards to get rid of it😂

I know what you mean Roy. I put in a water line up a hill that a tractor backhoe tried to do but tipped over. It was steep but no problem for the HF trencher or any towable trencher. These things are something. Thanks for watching.
