This is a Little Free Library I built for a Girl Scout community outreach program. I used the plans available in Wood Magazine Issue 238 from March 2016. The only difference is that I made a type of wooden angle piece to cover the corners to ensure better water resistance to the internal library (see video at approximately 4:15). I did not use the hardware suggested in the magazine but opted for something cheaper I found at my local big box store. Even still, the library came in at around $80, more or less, so the pricing estimate provided in the magazine is pretty accurate.
