What do you mean it is not the healthiest? Chicken soup is the bomb. The yellowish color comes from the eggs and it is not oily at all

The thing you ate at Djumaia is called künefe. Katmer is a completely different dish.

Banitsa is what Turks, Serbs and Romainians call burek/borek. Kadaif is kadaif. It's not sure who invented banitsa. Turks say they did it, Greeks say they did it, Bulgarians say they did it.

OK, my friend. I am happy that you are enjoying Bulgarian national dishes, and I hope you had a pleasant experience visiting our country overall. :) However, let's get several facts straight just for the sake of truth. :) What you eat in the Djumaia pastry house is not a Bulgarian Banitsa but a Künefe (Turkish Sweet Cheese Pastry), which is, in fact, a traditional Turkish dessert. And it is to be expected in a "Turkish Sweet and Coffee Tea House". We Bulgarians also occasionally enjoy this dessert, although, to be honest, I could never finish the whole thing by myself. :) And because I saw how much you enjoyed the Mekitsa (one of my favorite quick breakfasts) in one of your other videos, I certainly hope you had the chance to try a real, home-cooked traditional Bulgarian Banitsa (a totally different thing from the Künefe), because it is truly to die for. You try this with a glass of cold Boza or Ayran and let me know what you think. :)
