I knew a horse that would piaffe when you tried to go in and rug her because she wanted to go out which was cute but made rugging, not getting trampled or run into the door a bit difficult sometimes

That’s the attitude I try to have but sometimes I get frustrated and the best thing to do I’m that moment is to take a break for the horse and you so you can take your time after you’ve taken a break:)

He really is just trying to work. He's trying to read you but he's just a bit confused. You two looks spectacular together. You can tell he is a THINKER! He's looking around for what's coming next. Bullfighting is a cruel treatment of animals. The handlers torture the bull before it enters the arena and then it is stabbed repeatedly until it dies. Horses often get badly injured, sometimes gored. I hope you don't support cruel treatment of animals.

@@lindag3330 At no point is she saying anything about supporting bullfighting, just that Gaio's previous occupation has a bearing on the way he thinks. Also don't assume that people are so ignorant that they don't know what bullfighting entais and that they have to be told it is cruel; that's a no brainer. Go educate people on factory farming because that's one of those things where a chunk of the population wouldn't believe such operations are legal.

@@SobrietyandSolace At some point it can be though, how it is used in the sentence (normalised). Many people are ignorant about what happens during bullfighting and other related events where bulls are used (rodeos, running away from bulls etc - all include torture). But of course not necessarily her, so I changed the comment above. Factory farming is of course terrible, but bullfighting is as well.

Bareback riding is a good way to train the horse so it can feel so much more of what you are asking it to do.It's always better to get a horse to do things he wants to do for you rather than forcing them to do it. I like your style!

@@klaudia711 "Animals rights" because we are about to change the law. So when I mean "rights" I mean it as in "human rights". We want to raise the bar so high that they become equal. Human and animal rights. ( Me, personally, are against zoos, riding, eating meat etc but with some restrictions.)

@@nala3055 Under the current situation there have been noticed that zoo animals actually thrived better and was more relaxed without people visiting the zoos. There are other ways zoo can work but without the people going there and stressing the animals. There are not enough zoo's that actually prevent and preserve the animals and for that they all shall be banned. If the ratio was higher and a lot of changes to have the animals well being as number one most important priority ( NOT the human) then maybe. But sadly, we are far from it.

Jesse you are truly a wonderful soul. Knowing sweet Gaios history, he must have been terrified and I'm sure treated brutally, I can see that he has trauma from it, he is healing and learning he is safe to be the truly loving being he is in your presence and that he will never be abused again. He most definitely have PTSD. Sadly all horses get that after that torture they've been through. Of course different levels but they all do. That is why it shall be banned all over the world.

@@primrosecullen8488 Torture is correct. These poor bull fighting horses go through hell. It's a long road to recovery for them. Gaio is a beautiful intelligent horse, and it's wonderful to watch Jesse taking time with him . I've been waiting for this video out of all of them. I'm in Spain, an oldie now, and as an aside, was upset yesterday when shown a Spanish horse meat fattening farm not 4 miles from where I live. You wouldn't know it was there. Beautiful horses. God some humans......

I'm from spain and I work with horses. I absolutly see this horse and understand every movement he do and why. Spanish training make horses work with to much stress and ansiety, because they know the pain. And work in the right side usually is a problem for every one. Good work with this beauty friend 🙏🏻

i love how he's enforcing the fact that you're asking a horse to do all of this out of its own will with the help of your direction to do stuff like this so its fine if they don't get it all on the first try and that its okay to do things little by little
