Scottie Pippen struggled early, but eventually found the stroke to finish with 19 points. Michael Jordan scored 28 and Ron Harper added 15, as the Bulls took a 2-0 series lead with a 91-80 victory over the Knicks.
Dennis Rodman pulled down 19 boards in the win.
Things got a little testy between Knicks center Patrick Ewing and Bulls assistant coach Jim Cleamons during one point in the game. A referee had to step between them to prevent what could have been a physical confrontation.
