I used to have a Tool and Die shop for 37+ years.. We designed and built so many different types of punch dies.. but this one is similar to some of the processing tools we made for Lil Tikes back in the day.. nice work btw.. can you tell us how much this processing tool sold for?

It's for the fittings (probaly a diffuser) and cutout around the twin exhaust tips.

Why not include these holes into the plastic injection mold ?

@@Flashzinh0 Great question. Total guess, but maybe that way it's not as precise and the edges on the holes aren't as sharp. And/or maybe they can use the same bumper for multiple cars, or multiple trim levels of the same car, and just punch it differently.

exactly, way too slow. The cutting should take a few seconds with the cutters being activated in waves just tenths of seconds apart.

@@jokomane1433 looks like a demo - post installation they would have a larger air supply that could handle the load, this is probably running off of shop air.
