Sumptuous as always but such large portions. Do you have a large family or are you just really good at storing food in your freezer? Half that would go to waste in my house

Put fennel in , it taste more bún bò Huế , I cook veggie bún bò Huế use fennel too , trust me it taste better then pinnaple,just advice, ad respect people choices

Chi, I love this recipe! Can you please make a video showing how to cook fresh pork blood? I like to buy them fresh because I don’t know how long the cooked ones been sitting out. I can’t never get it to cook right.

I can show you how now 😊..first off when you get fresh ones in a container; cut it into half straight from the container . Next get a pot that suits the amount of fresh blood then pour it straight into the pot then fill water up covering the fresh blood . Boil on medium high heat for around an hour depending on the amount of fresh blood . Then drain under cold water afterwards. After that you can cut into bite size pieces and that's it 😋..if you are still confused come back and drop me another comment em 😊
