Hi Dr. Salim. Thanks a bunch for making these videos. Just wanna ask in LBBB if the conduction goes back towards V1 from V6 through left bundle, why dont we get R wave in V1 just like RBBB?

In LBBB the depolarization does not go back up to V1...it moves laterally and posteriorly away from V1 as it travels through the anterior and posterior fascicles

This video is simply the basic blocks (Hence the name 101)...Not combination blocks...If you can understand the basic blocks, its pretty simple to figure out bifascicular blocks
