Made this recipe twice, love it. It's easy. I activated my active dry yeast separately. The first time I made it, forgot to add Corn starch to the filling, and it was still edible. However, made sure to add corn starch on the second time, and it improved the texture of the blueberry filling. Highly recommend it.
i had tried your cranberry and cream cheese bread, and it tastes so good, want to make this shortly but i would like to know what if i put matcha and red bean instead of blueberry jam, does it work? if so how many mg of matcha i should put? need to reduce the bread flour?

Thank you for your comment✨ Any kind of jam is fine. You can make it with strawberry, orange, or any other jam of your choice.

@@akinokitchen2748 Thanks! I will try with guava jam. I made the egg steamed bread and it was delicious; with a cup of coffee, it was the adequate snack for mid afternoon. The taste was similar to a popular snack in my country called egg cookie (galleta de huevo) that we usually have with Malta (a kind of soda) or with coffee.
