@@negritotenfoldyou've never worked in a fast food place and it shows. NO ONE THERE CARES. Not giving you sauce doesn't benefit the employee in the slightest. They don't get a bonus for not giving you the sauce. This is such a a moronic statement. In fact employees are more likely to grab a handful of sauces and toss them in the bag giving you MORE because it benefits them to be faster. No one's colluding to deprive you of your sauces. Mistakes happen. Or she lied and got the sauces and is complaining the next day to get free food because it's be harder to remember if you may have forgotten the sauces. It's important to note she came back the next day, saying it "ruined her son's meal" in an attempt to get the meal comped instead of just the sauces (which with her attitude that's all she'd get from me). Learn to check the bag before you leave the premises. My order gets messed up at least 50% of the time because I ask for certain condiments to be left off my burgers, and I have learned in no unclear way that many fast food workers tend to struggle with requests to omit included toppings. This costs me having to park, go into the restaurant, and wait for them to remake my order, and sometimes twice at that, even after entering the restaurant.
