Cat Patt not terrible! I’ve been lightly using a treadmill on and off and doing ab workouts but besides that I’m not in great shape and I managed! It’s pretty fun and a wide mix of moves so it doesn’t feel like overly intense cardio

LADIES (OR GUYS) YOU CAN DO THIS!!! When your mind says yes, but your body says no, it all comes down to mental strength. Years of doing sports has taught me that no one can get you to where you want to be unless you do it yourself. When your legs are burning, think of all of the times that you wish you were better. When you can't get enough oxygen, think off all of the hours you've wasted telling yourself you can't do it. You are doing this for yourself, but you have to beat your doubts to succeed. Exercising can be really hard sometimes, but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 250 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 130 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life.

I do this workout at least once a week! I was diagnosed with breast cancer and since then it’s been a wild ride...6 chemos later and a double mastectomy and now going through some more infusions and meds I have used your video to help me gain control of my body again...thank you 🙏🏻

I don’t know you, but I am sorry about that. My mom was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13 (now I am on my 30’s) and I totally get what you might be going through; especially if you have kids. Keeping that positive attitude is a huge part of the process! It is hard but just remember that anything happens for a reason; involuntarily changes in life are sometimes necessary. And we can understand that only with the time! For now ! Best vibes for you and your family 👏🏻stay strong 💪🏻

Rajeswari Chaki basically just cut out all the bad food, breakfast is two Weetabix with 2 tea spoon of sugar and lunch I will have strawberry’s and banana if I’m hungry sometimes I do not eat lunch, and dinner is fish, sweet potato (don’t like normal potato) and salad and vegetables and a yogurt.

I DID IT!! Burned 574 active calories doing the modified version, took me 1 hour 20mins (because extra rest time 🌚). I’m so excited!! I have had this video saved and tried pushing through for almost 2 years without ever completing. So proud of myself 💃🏽 If you were looking for a sign to try it, this is your sign ✨

@@ramose87 I believe everyone’s active level is different? I’ll say for a start focus on actually getting through the exercise without focusing on the calories cus then you’re building your stability and resistance imo

Being a guy, I felt a bit out of place participating in this video at home. I've realised how ignorant I've been when it comes to appreciating these types of aerobic workouts. The Women in this video show great strength, both inner and outer. I could only manage 33 mins. Thoroughly humbled! I've learnt that these workouts are properly holistic, nurturing and growing the body, mind and soul. Love from the UK. Peace.

To everyone scared about doing it. Just do it! There were times when I wanted to stop but so finished through! Once you finish the entire workout you’ll feel great! Don’t forget you don’t have to follow her pace, take your time :)

DAY 1: ✅ DAY 2: ✅ DAY 3: ✅ DAY 4 & 5: ❌ (decided not to do it for the weekend as a reward but not rlly a good idea. it made me forget abt working out and being healthy) DAY 6: ✅ DAY 7: ✅ It felt slightly easier to do so that’s nice progress DAY 8: ✅ DAY 9: ✅ DAY 10: ✅ Sorry I’ve decided to discontinue this workout video because I’m switching to T25 by Shaun T. I enjoy T25 more. I didn’t do this workout long enough to see any actual weight or body changes but I did feel myself getting a little bit fitter inside so that was good. I’m sure it works, it’s just not for me because 1 hour doesn’t sit comfortably in my schedule so it made me discouraged to do it. To whoever is reading this, good luck with whatever fitness goal you have. I’ve been doing a lot of different workouts and diets and the key is to just know that it’s okay to bounce around with workouts and diets without feeling like you failed because remember that you’re just finding something you like so that’s it’s sustainable

amazing workout i did this for a 3 full weeks adding up pamela reif abs workout , while sticking to a diet schedule one meal a day at 4pm no dairy products no carbs only veggies and meat and of course no sugar no oil plus at least 1,5L of water .... at 5ft5 starting weight 74kg measurement (waist 79cm ,83cm stomach , 33cm arms ,110cm hips and thighs 63cm) i managed to lose 9kg now i am 65kg my new measurements (waist 69cm ,75cm stomach.28cm arms thighs 57cm and hips 103cm ) ! Girl if you re reading this go ahead and go fully in it's worth it trust me i finally can see my oblique and abs!!!!

I love this workout so much! I'm a guy that HATES plain cardio more than anything. Always have. This is engaging and broken up into many activities so it keeps your attention. It really makes you sweat and feel energized too.

Yay another Jeanette video! I usually do her metabolic video that burns 500 calories. It’s 45 mins of getting drenched in sweat. You WILL get results. Ok so this is my return to this workout. 2 yrs ago I did this workout Mon-Fri & lost over 80 lbs, I ate correctly too and walked abt 4mi a day. But I started losing weight while eating dirty with this workout as well. U just have more energy to finish it without too many stops when u eat right. So after gaining abt 50 lbs during the pandemic here I am back and rest to lose this 50 and more. I can attest that this workout gave me hips and ass and a waistline for the first time in my life. Oh and I did the modified version the whole time. If I would’ve got under 170, I would’ve did the reg version. I started out 277 and went all the way to 193. U can do it!!!

I've been doing this work out for 2 months already lost 13 pounds keep in mind I am trying to diet nothing to crazy tho just cutting out junk food (I still have my days that I give in) only rest one day and started with 15 min until I got to the hour now I added 2 pounds weight to both my feet and arms and I can feel the burn 🔥 like the first days plus added a 10 min booty work out went from 207 to my current right now 194.2 I will continue to update since now I wanna add 15min at night let's see how it goes I'm so excited 😁

y'all. I started this feb 11th of 2019 and it is now March 21st 2019 and I have lost 12ish pounds so far. Wow. wow. I did this vid or the 45 min w Jeanette everyday 5 times a week and I feel AMAZING. @@damanchauhan3996 mostly vegetables, made sure to keep lots of protein in each meal, fruit for dessert, cut down on carbs, and used a lot fo plant based/vegan recipes but still added some meat to the meal. chia pudding, smoothie bowls, chickpea soup, and wraps were my friend haha. check out the cookbook First mess its amazing

Iv been doing popsugar videos the last 5 to 6 months, 5 days a WK. iv lost 24 lbs. Started at 137 now I'm 114. I feel better about myself. Some of the workouts are challenging but worth it. Keep it up 👍

I've done this workout a good 10 times now and when I say every time, I literally mean every single time I forget the part when she goes "okay, now we're gonna do 10 burpees!" 😭 This is by far my fav popsugar workout! I burn anywhere from 600-700 cals

I managed to do the whole video! I love this workout so much. I didn’t manage to burn 600 calories but I still burned 400 calories, it’s because I am a beginner though. It left me feeling so energised. Other workouts that I would do left me feeling depressed because it felt like I did nothing and burned nothing which left me feeling unworthy of food -I’ve fixed that now. This made me feel so much happier and -it me in a much better mood! Thank you!

I know this comment is old but not everyone loses the same amount of calories, it all depends on your weight. I only burn 230 or less every time.

*INCREDIBLE!!!* I've been doing Jeanette's 45-min 500-cal-burner lately, and today, finally felt strong enough to give this 60-min one a try... it was amazing 😍 With Jeanette's workouts on Pop Sugar 1-2x a week and jogging 3x a week (along with eating right), I've lost 15 lbs and feel stronger than ever!!! After 3 years of working out at the gym, this is the first time I've bought a mat and excercise at home. Did this workout for 4 times in the last 5 days and I can say this is the hardest workout I've ever done in my life and my lower back hurts. If you're a beginner and get through half of it, congratulations!!! This has also made me to decide to buy a calorie counter watch, I want to see the calories burrrrnnnnn!!!!!

When I set out to do this workout, although my goal was weight loss, I had a bigger goal to get strong enough to crush this workout without pausing. And today ladies and gentlemen, in less than four months I’ve gone from a size 16-18 to a size 10-12 but my biggest win TODAY is finishing this workout without pausing and with the correct form 🥺😭💪🏾 I wanted something to push me because coming from my previous relationship with fitness I wanted a break from the gym and this workout was perfect to really whoop my butt. I burned 576 in my first attempt and 593 the second time I did this. A very good workout, if you push yourself you can definitely burn 600 calories.

after 6 months of having my baby,.. I am back to working out. I came across this video, I love the energy it gives you after completing the 1 hour, gets you motivated to start your day off. Hopefully i can go back to my original weight 120. Currently I am 140, baby made me gain 20 pounds but it is all worth it.

Starting with 63.3 kg I weigh myself one day after the workout in the next morning! Day 1: 63.1 kg Day 2: 62.8 kg Day 3: 62.7 kg Day 4: 63.3 kg Day 5: 62.8 kg

dont check ur weight everyday, it might demotivate you if u wanna keeep up the check, u can weight after each week for measuring ur progress🌸 keep it up✨ u can do it☺️♥️

Went from actively hating this video to loving it and now I do it every day! I took so many breaks the first few times I did this video but its such a great feeling to just keep persisting, and see how strong this exercise routine has made me now. I have muscles I didn't even know I had and oh my goodness, the amount of muscle in my butt is incredible! And my arms!

i only did the first 30 minutes. I'm going do the other 30 minutes tomorrow. Edit: I never actually did it again after the 30 minutes. I find this workout to hard for me. I do others who are the same level as I am. I try this again when I’m fit enough.

30 minutes is a great start Yasmin! then gradually add intensity and duration! :) as long as you know why you are staying active, the rest will come. I too had to start from zero because I stopped exercising for a few months and at the beginning is very hard but then you get momentum and it becomes just what you do and it's easier x

Ok so I have been doing it from last 3 days, Day 1: left after 40 min out of breath Day 2: did another 45 min workout Day 3: did this for whole 60 mins skipoed the rep where my body couldn't go along instead did squat on those parts m happy yee

So I’ve never made a workout that is longer than 10 minutes and then I thought c’mon let’s do this. And for real I will only be doing this workout cause you don’t even realize how the time flies. They’re all so beautiful and they motivated me. I’ll probably not do this every day but I will do it 2-3 times a week. Right now I’m 155cm and my weight is 74.4 kg. I’ll update in like a month after doing this workout for the (i think) 8th time or maybe more. I’m super motivated and I believe in YOU too!! We’re all able to do this. Thank you for the helpful workout.

I'm trying this out because i am 12 years old and i am 139 lb i just ate a salad and i'm am ready to do this. I'm proud of myself even though i didn't finish i made it to 22 minutes remaining

Ive done this workout for 14 days continuously without a break! So awesome and challenging. I can feel my body become lighter than usual. Im in the middle of weight loss journey! And this workout is my routine! Thank you for this awesome video! ❤️

I like this video so much. I remember the first time I have to stop every 15 minutes. Then I could follow her for 30 minutes, then have to take a long break. Then, stick to 45 minutes, have to stop due to the high heartbeat. Finally, I could follow her the whole video and recover quickly. I could never reach this point without Jeanette Jenkins. She is a strong and beautiful lady, following her movement is like talking to a close friend, no body shame, no anxiety and frustration, it's a girls night, enjoy pure fun.!!

COMPLETED ON 5/5/2020! Burnt ard 500+ calories indicated by my fitbit!!!! Didn’t sweat as much as I did for other workouts but its really testing my limit! Very tiring and I have to stop for a 1 min break after 30mins into the video! Its hard but its do-able!! 💪🏻😀 6/5/2020 COMPLETED 9/6/2020 COMPLETED

idk why but I started crying 40 minutes into the workout lmao. It was like a whole wave of emotions came over me and it was strange. edit: its the next day and today I hope I'm able to finish all 60 minutes of this 😭..... I did it oh my god. My shirt has never been this soaked from sweat. I need a long ass shower.
