Love everything that Jon does. He was right with this song Love the "Helen of Troy" legend but unless you can buy into the idea that Zeus mated with Leda (the swan) to beget Helen...well. For many, many years this whole story was based on the tales of Homer. Finally , Schleimann discovered what are supposed to be the ruins of Troy - in what is now Turkey.. He was not a trained archaelogist. so the digging was a mess. It would seem, that the reason the Greeks destroyed Troy was more about money (hey, what a concept) than love. Sooo happy that Paris got a wonderful production. Great reviews! II'm sure that everyone is so proud.

I'm in rehearsals for Paris right now, and our theatre company bought the set used in this production. I had a walk on the set tonight and frankly, it's scary! Singing, dancing and sword fighting on a 25 degree slope...

This is so nostalgic... We did musical this at school like 5 years back... I can still sing along despite not being a singer on stage but playing the synthesizer xD Also super underrated musical... wish it got more recognition...

I remember seeing this production! It was amazing. The second time i'd seen this musical. I'm hoping in the future I will get the opportunity to direct a version of it in Canberra (I am starting up a creative arts society at the university there.) Paris is probably my favourite musical of all time, and believe me i've seen a lot of them :D

Superb. I was there, I saw it and I wanna see it again! So frustrating to know it was filmed and not to be able to see it all. Great singing Andrew. It was a fabulous cast.

The ancient Greek kings dressed like fucking mobsters and discussing the battle plans like they plan their next hit?! Genius! 😂 Also our dear Odysseus being one of the shortest hahahaha simply perfect cast! (I also love how ironically he says "business" in his solo!) And him trying to put his point through in the background hahaha 😆 And of course finally someone who decided to incorporate Patroclus's fighting spirit 🙌 (Patroclus: But was he told- Agamemnon: it's business Oh my freaking God he definitely wasn't told! 😂) The overall musical is yet another inaccurate depiction of the homeric masterpiece but this song is simply amazing hahahaha ❤ and I really like the choice of a baritone voice for Menelaus. That was an interesting choice.
