Sometimes I wish rabbits had 6 legs. Bunny “wings” have always been one of my favorite meals but with only 2 front legs there’s just never enough of them.
Today, while helping to break down some rabbits, Mark discovers something awesome! When boning the rear legs be sure to leave your shanks intact. They’re even better than the front bunny wings.
