Ingredients:
- 1 whole desi chicken (1.5 kg), cut into small pieces
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped

- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

3. Heat 2 cups of oil in a karahi (wok) over high heat.
4. Transfer the pressure cooked chicken mixture to the karahi and cook until the water evaporates.
5. Add 1 cup of yogurt and cook until the oil separates.
6. Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger, and green chili. Serve hot with naan or rice.
