Marinade:

Lemon juice-2 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder-1&1/2 teaspoon
Garam masla-1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-3/4 teaspoon
Chicken-600 g
Mustard oil- 2 teaspoon
Oil-2 tablespoon for frying the chicken.
For the puree:
Unsalted Butter-1 tablespoon
Onion-1 tablespoon
finely chopped green chilli-2
cardamom-3
cloves-4-5
cinnamon stick-1 inch piece
kashmiri chilli-1 or 2
juicy tomatoes - 3 large
water-1 cup
salt-1/2
For the gravy:
Butter-1 & 1/2 tablespoon
Oil-1 tablespoon
Kasuri methi-1 teaspoon
salt-1/2 - 1 teaspoon
sugar or honey -1 teaspoon
garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
blended tomato mix
fresh cream- 1/2 cup
