I was watching the video while cooking , .....so I wasn't reading the instructions , .... and was just listening to Geetha madam ..... After grinding the Dosa batter. , it is required to be kept to rest for 6 hours ....... this one tip , which madam didn't say herself , and showed in the screen !! Thank goodness I watched the video again for the sake of knowing/ watching how she does it !! And saw it there ..... !! Otherwise I would have missed it !! Thank you for this recipe madam !!

I get warm motherly vibes and it feels wonderful to learn from you. One can't get such detailed knowledge and creative ideas from professional cooking videos. You teach with love and interest which captures our unwavering attention. I first saw your herbal bath powder video and instantly fell in love with the recipe. Please keep sharing such secrets of ayurveda which is forgotten in today's world. And amma please teach us the correct maintenance and cleaning of silk sarees. :)
