Tbh electrocapactive might not technically be a mech-keyboard, but it does belong in the ''enthusiast'' category imho. I mean, all keyboard lovers know Topre boards and they're EC as well, not 'true' mechanical, yet everyone accepts them as enthsusiast (and for plenty as end-game material).

I agree, it is not technically but it is well renowned in the r/mk community (I have a special liking to them too!) but indeed it is a meme to some and a love for another!

I agree it can be for me as well hence my annoyance. The great thing however is that it's extremely easy to access and you can use custom cables if you flip the feet up. A limitation but not a complete deal breaker I guess! :)

45g would be more preferable but do note it comes with 10g springs. You just add them on top!
@KindOldRaven
4 жыл бұрын
@@goodjihad Quick question on that: I've heard that adding the 10g springs does, of course, change the actuation force, but that it also kind of lessens the tactility. For instance changing the domes for 45 or 55g ones would probably not only increase the force but add tactility as well, right? At least more so than when just adding springs? Or am I way off here?

Was it easy finding a key cap replacement for the space bar? i read that it’s a unique one and you can’t find many that produce that size for the atom68
@goodjihad

That's true. I think it is just smaller than the standard size. 4.25 off the top of my head. But now most keycap kits include a 6.25 and 4.25 unit spacebar. Just make sure to check!
