"I just want one hour where this child is under control." I had a classmate who has Tourette's Syndrome, and he said that his tics aren't controllable. I agree with the judge. This man was being insensitive and offensive. He needs to do more research on Tourette's Syndrome.

One thing that is true. All he thinks about is himself. Because he says he has been doing it for six years. His only problem is he has a new neighbor with a child with disabilities. He should just change his hours or get his own studio.

Exactly. All he cares about is himself, himself & only himself. He doesn't give a shit about this mother who has a child who has tourette's syndrome, & that child needs to play outside so he can burn off all that energy from school & be able to sleep at night. I'm really glad the judge understands where the mother's coming from.

I have Tourette's syndrome. I work have a good career have a family. Go to therapy and take my medication. If I get aggravated it will get worse. Ironically yoga helps me control my tics. It relaxes my mind and body. Maybe instead of being butthurt, he could invite the child over for a free class or two. See if it works for the child. Plus as you can imagine most of us have affected eye-hand coordination it helps with that too He could have ended up helping a child and made money too expanding his business to Tourette's patients would be a good thing for his business. My Yogi his studio is now three times the size since he has campaigned for us specifically. He has a nephew with Tourettes noticed it helped him so he tried to recruit the local Tourettes community. A lot of us are now students.

some of these comments show have ignorant ppl really are... They have laws against this same issue. If the kid was soo bad why didn't he call the police and get police reports to support his claim? oh wait he couldn't because the police wouldve told him the same thing the judge did... People are soo narrow minded when it's black and white. If the neighborhood doesn't have a noise ordinance, the kid be as loud he wants in his backyard. When you move into a neighborhood, you have to tell them if u have a child with disabilities and they notify the neighborhood. so you all that thinking she won because she was black need to do your research before you get on the internet making a fool of yourselves... The world knows how arrogant and ignorant you all are now

I used to have a classmate from high school who has Tourette’s. His tics were uncontrollable and quite a bit of the boys I went to school with gave him a hard time and got pissed at him because of him shouting in class. People need to know that those with behavioral issues can’t help or control their actions. All they care about is making sure they have a “quiet zone.”

You are just as ignorant as the plaintiff. He has NO RIGHT to dictate what the defendant does on HER PROPERTY. Judge made the right ruling. The plaintiff does NOT have a business license, therefore, he is running an ILLEGAL business to begin with.

Dylan Walsh She was speaking on being sensitive to the needs of a child with special needs. He cannot demand that someone with special needs be contained within an area because their condition is disturbing an outside public area. The judges ruling was correct. Legally, that child is protected by the ADA which outlaws prejudice of any kind against persons with disabilities. Racism is always the battle cry when white privilege doesn't prevail.

Tyrone Huston outside public area ? His business his property seems very PRIVATE. Regardless there’s other houses, this a community not a state park. In ur mind special needs is ok to justify breaking the law ? Disturbing the peace If the kid can’t be controlled he doesn’t belong in a neighborhood under the control of a parent vs state & medical action 303,305 be taken Regardless the only reason this lost the case Is Bc of lacking any proper documentation of the disturbing the peace with the police His skin color just ended the case faster less respect from the black judge Give it a few years & her own color will break into being a judge joe brown come other blacks smh
@walsh9354

Carli McElrath I Gave a very legit reason If the kid is disturbing the peace it’s a different story As for ur story I mean how many ppl need building permits for their own back yard ? X amount of feet away from roads, power lines, border lines, can’t dam a creek in ur back yard, build a pond without township approval There’s A LOT OF things were told we can’t do in our backyards & take that coming from somebody who lives in the country growing up with a lot of land
@waltblackadar4690

Dylan, I suggest you learn what disturbing the peace means. This doesn't qualify. Also, country/town ordinances would determine the correct decibel levels permitted and during which hours they are allowed - and I guarantee a child can't exceed that level (the human voice can't get that loud) and it's a certainty that 3:00 PM isn't a restricted time. Your "legit" reasons are nothing but you trying to cover your ass for being a racist punk.
@walsh9354

Walt Blackadar oh there’s a specific set decimal to define disturbing the peace ? Please enlighten me to exactly where you read that from
