Butyrate is rapidly absorbed and utilized by the liver. In order to get more butyrate to your colon, you would need to supplement with something like Tributyrin Supreme as CoreBiome.

I did carnivore for some time. Great. It helped me loose 50 lbs with ease. Probably got rid of my SIBO..And my psoriasis almost gone.. But when I tryed to eat anything else but meats I would get a "burning skin" sensation. And the soft tissue around my joints would start to hurt/burn.. About 6 weeks ago I realised that "something" had to change. So now everything I eat is fermented, ecept my meats. Even my oats.Yes oats. I ferment them for 24 hours together with flax seeds (both high in soluable fiber). The starter was sauerkraut juice. Applecider vinegaer. 13 microbes from Kefir. S Thermophilus and L.bulgaricus from a plant based yougurt. Also ordered a yougurt maker, so I can make my own Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938...And experiment with others. And.And....So fare my psoriasis has not returned. But milk products are still a no go.."The world of microbes inside us", is facinating to me... Thank You again so much for another great. Great video..🥰

Re psoriasis try getting a zinc spray made by a compounding pharmacist and spray the affected skin. Also exposing the area to sunshine helps. Ensure vitamin D levels are over 100. If supplementing take d3 and vit k2 -m7

Hope that you ordered right yogurt maker, Lactobacillus Reuteri requires 100 F temperature… I use Sous Vide and I checked the temperature with digital thermometer ( needed to lower settings to 98 F) I really enjoy the yogurt and I use A2 creamer….I will look into fermenting oats 👍🏻 Intestinal health is a long journey in my situation….

@@jolantawozniak2132 Yes it can be adjusted between 20-45 C if remember correctly. 28 C = 100 F. One of the reason why I started to ferment oats, is that It contains a lot of phytic acid, (makes digestion hard. And you can not really absorb the nutrients). If you soak them in water over night there is a 50% reduction..With the "right" microbes and /or low PH. it should be reduced by 80-85%..Think I saw it on the channel "clean food living".

@@jolantawozniak2132Ps ! Did an experiment... L. Reuteri is fermenting cooked oats with a little sugar and inulin, just as well as "milk"... S.Thermophilus and L. Bulgaricus. same thing..The kefir with the 13 microbes. Is the fastest fermenter of oats. Probably because it also has strains of yeast. I used 1 uncrushed pill of L.R. because it disolves by itself in an hour or so.

I'm carnivore 3.5 months now and see no reason I'd ever need fiber. Everything flows just fine and zero inflammation. My psoriasis has slowly but surely gone away with only 1 patch to go. I had it bad every damn place. I see no reason at this point why I'd ever do anything different. I've lost weight (305lbs to 235lbs so far) and at 53 years I feel like a beast like I did in my 20s. My sciatic nerve popped back into place just 2 weeks in when inflammation allowed it to holy crap painfully pop back into place. The next day, I could walk normally again after 15 years of limping. Those are just a few things that healed up. The human body doesn't require 1 spec of fiber. Our bodies aren't even designed for it. Do you have more than 1 stomach? How did we as a species survive the ice age if it's such a necessity?
